Refund policy

We do not accept returns or cancelations for pre-sale autographs.

If the signing gets completely canceled, then and only then will we process a full refund for the pre-sale.

 

We only accept returns if the item is damaged or you are sent the wrong item. If you receive the wrong item, or the item is damaged, we will send you a return label and send out a replacement item.
